KM'S FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS SEPTEMBER 1ST!!! All students will have a full day of school on September 1st. Please note that 5K, Grade 6, 9 and all students who are new to KM will have a partial day of school on 8/31 to get acclimated. Schedules are as follows: Elementary 8:35-11:35 am, KMMS and KMHS Campus 7:20 am - 10:30 am.

PARENTS OVERWHELMINGLY RECOMMEND KM CONNECT!!! Connect families continue to express strong confidence in their school experience. In the district's School Perception Survey, parents rated their likelihood of recommending KM Connect to a friend or family member an impressive 9.2 out of 10. Parents also gave high marks across every area of the survey, including 4.54 for being informed, 4.80 for feeling included, 4.33 for educational excellence, 4.70 for atmosphere, and 4.65 for overall experience. These results reflect the strong partnerships, welcoming culture, and high-quality learning environment that make KM Connect a trusted choice for students and families seeking a flexible, personalized public school experience.

KM CONNECT STUDENTS LOVE THEIR LEARNING ENVIRONMENT!!! KM Connect students are giving high marks to their school experience. In the district's School Perception Survey, students rated the statement, "The homework and projects I'm assigned help me learn and are more than just busywork," a strong 4.0 out of 5. Overall, students also shared positive feedback across every area of the survey, with scores of 4.14 for Connection, 4.04 for Learning, 4.15 for Environment, and 4.15 for Experience. The results reflect their commitment to meaningful learning, supportive relationships, and a virtual 6-12 public charter school where students feel connected, engaged, and empowered to succeed. CLASS OF 2026 GRADUATION MAY 30TH! Our KMHS Campus (Kettle Moraine High School, the High School of Health Sciences, KM Global, KM Perform, and KM Connect) will be celebrating the achievements of the Class of 2026 with a commencement ceremony on May 30th at 7:30pm on Vock Field at Culver's Stadium. Please make plans to join us as we celebrate these amazing young people, or watch the livestream at kmsd.edu/grad-livestream. There will be a fireworks display at 8:30 pm. We hope you enjoy the show and we apologize for any disturbance the noise may cause.

REGISTER FOR SUMMER ACADEMY NOW!!! Course registration opens at 8am on Monday March 16th. Students will be able to choose four courses per day (with the exception of Moving on to Kindergarten). To accommodate more families and staffing demands we will again run two separate sessions lasting six weeks total. Session one will run June 15-July 24 (no classes 7/3). Students can attend the full six weeks or one session only if preferred. Session two classes will be a repeat of content and activities from session one, unless noted in the course description. With remarkable balance and flexibility, she is thriving as a dancer while staying fully engaged in her academic journey through KM Connect. Our virtual academy provides the programming students need to follow their passions while maintaining a high-quality KM education, allowing Lily to focus on her dance career without compromising her future.
