Waldorf Baptist Kindergarten & Preschool Our mission is to provide a warm, loving, Christian atmosphere for children to learn and develop socially, mentally, and spiritually.

Waldorf Baptist Kindergarten and Preschool will help each child grow in his/her knowledge of God and we will teach each student about His love. We will show every student how to respect the property of others, and how to follow simple safety rules. We will work with each child in order to develop healthy habits, small and large muscle coordination, and self expression through a variety of creative

experiences. Waldorf Baptist Kindergarten & Preschool is a non-profit preschool and kindergarten center that is run by the First Baptist Church of Waldorf as part of their mission to reach out to the community. We have been operating in Waldorf for fifty years and are run by a church elected committee. We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education and Childcare. All of our staff has been approved by the church’s Preschool and Kindergarten Board and every staff member has met all state, local, and church requirements; including health and background checks.
