On April 27, 2024, we hosted the Opus One Big Band. It was a great evening and the kids played and sang amazingly! Thanks to Dale Perkins and the Opus One people for giving our kids an unforgettable experience.

We are excited to announce that our Sr. Night Concert will be held on Wednesday, May 29th at 6:30PM in the Ronald E Dolloff Auditorium!
Concert Band, Chorus, and Jazz Band will be performing a variety of pieces and honoring our Seniors for their dedication to the program. Come on out and join us for an evening of music and fun!

We are so happy to announce that Linda Pease was selected as the 2023-24 Maine Music Educators Assoc Outstanding Administrator of the Year. She received her award last Thursday at the MMEA Presidents Reception in Orono.
Linda is our biggest supporter and understands the importance of the Arts in student’s lives! Thanks Linda!!!

March 15th at 7:00 pm the Medomak Valley Music Dept will present a concert featuring the Concert Band, Mixed Chorus, and Jazz Ensemble.
Please come and support our students at our first live concert since December 2019!!

Come join us on for Nature of the Arts where every student across the 5 elementary schools, middle school students, and students enrolled in high school art classes will have their work displayed at Medomak Valley High School. With representation from all 8 schools within our district, the display represents the vast array of mediums, skills, and techniques that students are developing progressively through the stages of our district’s art curriculum. In addition to this grand display of artwork, there will be performances by district music and drama students throughout the afternoon and evening. Ensembles will include k-1 and 2-3 classroom music students, elementary chorus, middle and high school chorus, elementary band, middle school band, high school band, as well as middle and high school drama performances.
