Free Senior Photo Opportunity

Seniors,

We wanted to make sure you know about a wonderful opportunity available to members of the Class of 2027 who may be struggling with the cost of senior photos.

On August 30th, Crawford Farms will be hosting a senior photo session at Crawford Farm for students who would like professional senior photos but may not be able to afford them.

This event is being made possible through the generosity of local community businesses. These community partners are coming together to provide students with not only professional photography, but also hair, makeup, and clothing options to help make the experience special.

If you are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity, please fill out the google form sent via parent square by August 26th.

We are incredibly grateful to the local businesses and community members who are helping make sure that every senior has the opportunity to celebrate this milestone and have photos to remember their senior year.

Great News from the Food Service Department

The RSU 40 Food Service Staff wants to welcome all students back to school!

Breakfast and lunch are at no cost again this year. There will be no meal applications to fill out, but we do ask all parents (guardians) to please fill out the Economic Status Form when registering your child(ren). Don't forget to share any food allergies!

A milk comes with each meal, but additional milk can also be purchased for $.50 each. Money must be on student accounts. You can add money on accounts through myschoolbucks.com or you can send money into the school with your child. For more information about how Myschoolbucks works, please contact me at 207-785-2277 ext. 241.

We are on our second year being totally dye free!
This year we will be purchasing more fresh, local produce through Peak Season and Spear Farms! in addition, we will be bringing in fresh local fish.

AIRPODS AND EARBUDS SHOULD ALSO BE PUT AWAY unless a teacher allows their use with a school-issued Chromebook for an instructional purpose.

This expectation applies to: classes, study halls, passing times, lunch and school activities.
