I am so excited to be sharing Nia Moving to Heal for Parkinson's for the Wellness Works Program. And joining this amazing team at with the BIDMC’s (Beth Isreal Deaconess Medical Center) Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Center.

Our first session begins next Tuesday, Feb. 13th -- just in time for Valentines Day. Here's a little description of the class -- and I am attaching a flyer. If you know anyone who would enjoy this amazing program -- please share! Class is ONLINE.

Super excited about my next online Nia White Belt! The journey starts July 27. 2-hour weekly sessions, home study and community support is such a great way to take this training and enrich your life with the Nia principles and concepts. Hello, My name is Rosanne Russell. I am a Member of the Nia Training Faculty, White Belt Trainer and Black Belt. When I took my first Nia class, I knew that this was no ordinary movement experience -- and that it was something I never wanted to not be a part of my life. After taking my White Belt in 1998, I began my Nia teaching journey. This led me to becoming a Nia Trainer so that I could share Nia with more people and help grow this amazing program! Along the way, I became a Yoga Instructor (500-RYT, Yoga Therapeutics), Barre, and student of Living Anatomy. I recently opened my first studio, Move2Joy in Wakefield, MA.
