The NE Dress Code Shop is Open!

In preparation for the upcoming school year, exploratory and shop dress code items are available for purchase.

During shop weeks, students are expected to follow the dress code specific to their program to safely and fully participate in learning experiences.

Electrical Students Continue Work on Mock House
Electrical juniors continue to make progress on the Mock House. Students are currently installing the wiring for the 200-amp service line to the electrical panel and assembling the exterior meter. They have also begun reviewing the first-floor layout and rough wiring the master bedroom. Through this work, students are gaining valuable experience with residential electrical systems while applying industry-standard practices.

Culinary students brought the excitement with a special roast beef pop-up event. On Tuesday, Andy Ferg of North Shore Beefs visited the Breakheart Inn to speak with students about the history and popularity of the North Shore roast beef sandwich. Students prepared and served Andy a roast beef 3-way that earned an impressive 9.3 rating. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to learn about the North Shore staple while showcasing their own roast beef making skills.
