We have weekly curriculum as well as different special events for parents and children.

Hey everything! Thanks for checking in! Unfortunately, due to COVID we ended up closing down and haven't reopened yet. Hope everything is staying safe and healthy!

COVID UPDATE: (Please read through bullet points!)
As per the RI Governor, public schools are now delayed until (at least) September 14th. They are also not making the decision about distance learning vs in-person learning until August 31st. That's a little close for my comfort, but as of right now, WHL is proceeding as originally planned.

1️⃣ September 8th will be our first day of school. I know there are a few families interested who are in flux about older siblings/work related issues, but I'm holding strong on that opening date.

2️⃣ I'm waiving the registration fee (at least until this COVID mess clears up), so there is NO fee for submitting an application form, even if school plans end up on hold.

3️⃣ I'm limiting this school year to 3 students, EVEN IF licensing goes through within the school year. With two pending students, that's only 1 spot left. Sign up or share if you know someone who may be interested.

4️⃣ I'm waiving the TT/MWF/Full time requirement as well. Work/job is so weird right now, that if you're child needs random days, I'm here for you. We will do our best to work around everyone's schedule so kids can get their schooling AND parents can work when they need.

Now that I'm back from a trip to NY, I'll be imposing a mini-self-quarantine. There is no reason to suspect anything, but can't be too safe. After taking time to make sure my children and I are healthy, I'll be opening the doors to Open Houses/tours for families interested in enrolling their child in WHL, starting Monday, August 10th. See you then!

Licensing orientation is this Wednesday! At this meeting, I will receive the official application for licensing, and it's all downhill from there (though maybe uphill is more accurate given it's a government entity 😁)
