Crossing Albemarle sound in 19 kt winds, gusting to b 26! On top of that, there are crab pots everywhere. Very hard to see them, so Alice is the pot spotter while I steer. By the way. Isn't it May 2nd in N Carolina? We have multiple layers on and foulies, and we're still cold! We wish this wind would die down. It's been days of the same.

We sailed from Jekyll Island, GA to Charleston SC a few days ago. 30 + hrs and very "salty". Banjo has become a real seadog!
We left yesterday morning and sailed to Southport. What a difference a few days can make. Although we had to motor sail, it was calm and beautiful. Sunset yesterday and sunrise this morning.
