I have a few spaces left in my watercolor workshop, this Saturday, March 15, from 3-5, at the studio. This is a beginner, step-by-step demo class and you will learn some wc techniques in every workshop. Let me know if you’d like to try.

Yeah…Finally got to make a snow lady!! So much fun!

We painted a Red Barn in the Snow today at Sunflower Studio, with watercolor. I was amazed at how well this group did. We are getting ready for the snow that is supposed to come in this week…..🫣🤪😳🥶❄️☃️

I have been creating this December and doing some commissions. I must say that I like doing whatever I want , when the moment strikes me, as far as my painting goes. Then , if someone wants to buy it, no pressure. Commissions are always a challenge, because I want to do exactly what the person has in their head and what they are wanting. Since I’m not a mind reader….. that’s hard. I do think that commission work pushes me and challenges me to do my best, though. It is also, so flattering that someone chooses me and my artistic style , as an artist, so commissions are bitter sweet. Here are a couple of paintings that I did during my vacation time. Prints can be found at Wake Forest Coffee Company, in downtown Wake Forest.
