Up next for our nod to black athletes who made history is Jesse Owens who changed the world in 10.3 secs. Yes Usain's time is faster, but Jesse set his record over 80 years ago on a cinder track. He didn't have blocks or the advanced timing instruments we have today. His legacy is one of the reasons our foundation is speed at Speed Academy. His speed was definitive.
