This clip went viral a few years ago. I had no idea why until the comments started rolling in. I was shocked to see how many of you were affected so negatively working in your family business. I think about it a lot in times where my patients is short or I’m just trying to hurry in times where it’s easy to snap at a kiddo that’s watching my every move. Many people said this video helped “heal their inner child.” Those comments made me sad your little heart was broken years ago just for helping or learning. Those comments helped solidify that I want our business to be something my kids look back on with happy memories and pride. So thankful to all that shared their thoughts and for the support!
✨remember you’re sweet kiddos are watching and listening all the time. We are their compass on how to navigate stress, mistakes, disappointment as well as joy, respect and resilience! It’s a heavy job, but what a privilege it is!
