It’s time to join us for one of Taylor’s most beloved traditions! The Jill M. Taylor Dance Company is preparing for this year’s Nutcracker, and we’re looking for dancers of all ages and experience levels to be part of the production.

✨ AUDITION DETAILS
📅 Saturday, September 12
📍 Taylor Academy of Dance Studios

AUDITION TIMES:
🩰 Ages 3–5: 12:30–1:00 PM
🩰 Ages 6–9: 1:00–2:00 PM
🩰 Ages 10–12: 2:00–3:00 PM
🩰 Ages 13+: 3:00–4:00 PM
Pointe required if applicable
🎭 Adults: 4:00–4:30 PM
Acting, Party Guests & other available roles

Dancers may be considered for a variety of roles throughout the production, depending on age, experience, audition performance, and casting needs. You do not need to be a Taylor Academy student to audition!

✨ Pre-registration is encouraged and helps us prepare for the audition process. Dancers should arrive prepared to participate in movement and/or acting portions appropriate for their age group.

Whether this is your first time stepping onto the Nutcracker stage or you’re returning for another season, we’d love to have you audition!

At Taylor Academy of Dance, we believe dance is about so much more than steps. 🩰

We are passionate about building strong foundations through technique, inspiring dancers through creativity and artistry, and helping every student find confidence both inside and outside the studio.

Our dancers learn to work hard, dream big, and express themselves — but most importantly, they learn the value of kindness, respect, teamwork, and being a wonderful human being. 💛

We are so proud of the successful, passionate, caring, and talented dancers who call Taylor Academy home. Watching them grow into confident artists and incredible people is the greatest reward.
