Coach moment! Grateful for Coach Eric, our main instructor for the adult 6am classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Here’s his bio:

I started training Muay Thai during my decade in the military. Along the way I had the opportunity to cross-train with some BJJ practitioners, and I immediately fell in love with the art. As a military veteran, it has been an amazing way not just to learn a martial art but to find a team again, a family on and off the mats.
Since falling in love with the art, I’ve been training for 15 years, gi and no-gi. My focus is on learning the modern positions and the current metas within the sport, and I’ve done a deep dive into the modern guard game and leg entanglements.
In my day job I’m a consulting solutions architect for a leading cybersecurity company. If I’m not supporting customers or studying BJJ, I love to run.

Simple objective: get past the legs! In Jiu Jitsu speak, pass the guard.
