Treated Abbey today after an amazing orchestra concert at Lamar Stringfield Camp. This camp has changed my life— I started as a camper at age 6, counselor, now conductor. And to see Abbey participating and having a blast makes my heart so happy! ❤️❤️

Busy these last two weeks conducting at Lamar Stringfield music camp and then being a violin coach. So glad Abbey got to join me for week 2! It was a blast 😊

The mascot for N.C. state even came to visit my booth yesterday! I still have a couple of spots left for homeschool lessons and am offering a month trial package here. ONLINE or in person!

Getting to play for a surprise wedding engagement at Duke Gardens! They couldn’t have picked better weather ❤️

I had fun playing with the NC symphony tonight in New Bern but had a scare when we returned home at 11:30pm. I got in my car to come home and drove away. Shortly after I got an alert on my watch that my phone was no longer detected near me. I reached back into my purse to see if it was just buried and didn’t feel anything. So I pulled over and still couldn’t find it or hear it when pinging it. So I RACED backed to where the buses were and got there as they had just pulled away! I was able to follow the bus I was on until I could go in the lane next to it and honk to get the driver to pull over. He didn’t know why I was honking so I had to pull in front of him and stop lol. I got out of the car and he opened the bus door and I explained I was in the symphony and thought I left my phone. I searched and couldn’t find it where I was sitting in but after double checking in my car and pinging it it turns out it fell between the seats in the bus!! I was so glad that I caught the bus because if not it would have been a nightmare trying to get a hold of them, having them not find it like me, and just not knowing where it was! It would have died and we wouldn’t have been able to do the “find my iPhone either” 😳😳Crisis averted thank God!! 🙏😬

If you’re looking for a fun family activity for this weekend there will be a Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and I will be performing with my Dad on Saturday with an Irish band at the Hibernian Restaurant from 2-4:30 if anyone wanted to drop by! Free!
