Coming through Waitsburg today around 2pm!! Get out and cheer them on!!🎉🎖️

A reminder for Monday, August 10th. We will be greeting the Military Convoy from the Courthouse lawn between 10:30 and 11:ish. The vehicle's will encompass the courthouse. 2nd and Main to Commercial and 3rd and Main to Commercial will be closed so that we may enjoy this entourage of vehicles. The drivers will be visiting our community and enjoying dining at our local establishments. We really would appreciate the community's participation in welcoming them to our neighborhood. This is a true treat for us and we want to be the shining example that Dayton is for this convoy! We would like to extend this invitation to our surrounding communities as well, Pomeroy, Starbuck, Waitsburg, Prescott, Dixie and the Tri-Cities. (They will be spending the night in Walla Walla) Please share as we know there are a lot of people that would love the opportunity to see these vehicles up close. Thanks for your time and (maybe some patience in awaiting their arrival) as usual, thank you for being you!!
