While in space, astronauts need to do at least 1.5 hours of exercise a day to make sure they keep their bones and muscles strong. We created a way for astronauts to use electromagnets to build and strengthen their muscles while they are in an environment that has less gravity than earth. Some astronauts suffer from insomnia while in space. Our group has a solution to help astronauts get a better night's sleep. We have created a virtual reality headset to help astronauts stay connected with home. Take a look at our video that shows how one astronaut's family sends birthday wishes while he is in space.
