Just made a healthy version of Halvah...all raw of course!
Suuuuper Easy!
Artisan organic Raw Tahini
coconut sugar
vanilla extract
cinnamon, cardamon, pinch of salt
Mix all together & refrigerate...it won't have that crunchy layer effect (sweetener is not heated or processed) but it will taste just like Halvah! :P

I love the fact that I get to drive over to the West side with Pup in hand...then after deliveries are made...we hop over to Baby Beach for a ritual sunset dinner...& a dip in calm warm ocean waters...
