Learn the inside story of how chocolate is made at Maui Ku‘ia Estate Chocolate from Founder and CEO, Dr. Gunars Valkirs. The Chocolate Factory Experience is your opportunity to learn how cocoa beans are turned into award-winning chocolate.

During your experience, you will taste samples from intermediate steps that are not available for sale. After the factory walkthrough, you will be given chocolate samples for a self-guided tasting in our upstairs, open-air pavilion.

Discover the transformative art of Aikido, a practice that harmonizes mind and body. Maui Ki Aikido’s course “An Introduction to Ki Aikido” will take place over 4 Monday evenings, April 6, 13, 20 and 27, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, at the Shunshinkan Dojo, 194 S. Market in Wailuku.

Explore techniques that cultivate both inner calm and physical agility. Each class is designed for beginners - no prior experience or special attire required
