This workshop is all about learning how to move *with* the spin through beautiful shapes, smooth transitions, and flowing sequences that take you from the floor to the air.

We’ll work on:
🌀 Proper spin technique + momentum
🌀 Body awareness and control
🌀 Beautiful beginner-friendly shapes
🌀 Smooth transitions and sequencing
🌀 Connecting movement with confidence and flow

Whether you’re brand new to spin pole or ready to build a stronger foundation, you’ll leave feeling more comfortable, controlled, and graceful on a spinning pole.
