When we have a bad relationship, its basic instinct is to repress and internalize things.
But we internalize the events in our lives emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Your unresolved emotions sit in your energy body. Your wellness and physical body are a direct reflection of your energy body.
By the time I was 35, bad relationships had dramatically affected my health.
My intestines were a train wreck from the abuse I endured (I had irritable bowel syndrome, gastric reflux, gastroparesis, and diverticulitis).
My lungs struggled from all the grief I experienced (I had fluid around my lungs and severe pain with every breath).
My heart worked extra hard from all the sadness I felt (I had fluid around my heart and an enlarged heart).
In the end, I was diagnosed with Lupus.
As an ICU nurse, I consistently observed a correlation between my patient's unaddressed emotions and why they were in the hospital.�
It was not a coincidence.
I learned ThetaHealing because I wanted to achieve wellness.
And I discovered that I became well when I changed my beliefs and unresolved emotions around romance, relationships, and love.
