🎉 Back-to-School Night is TODAY! 🐾

We’re excited to welcome our families back to school tonight! Join us for an evening to get ready for a great school year.

🏫 Meet Your Teachers: Visit classrooms, meet your teachers, and get ready for the first day.

📚 Get Ready for the First Day: Find your locker, drop off school supplies, and take care of any other back-to-school details.

🩺 Meet the School Nurse: Stop by to meet our school nurse, complete any medication authorization forms, and drop off medications your child will need during the school day.

💻 Infinite Campus Help: Need help setting up or using the Parent Portal? Additional support will be available in the Wahpeton Elementary Library.

🍽️ Enjoy a Meal Together: Stop by Wahpeton Elementary Commons and grab a meal as part of the evening!

We’ve made a few changes to Back-to-School Night this year. Some activities we’ve offered in the past, including bouncy houses and a photo booth, were supported through grant funding that is no longer available. Instead, we encourage families to check out the Twin Towns Block Party at NDSCS for more fun and community activities!

The start of the 2026–2027 school year is just around the corner, and we’re excited to welcome our students and families back!

Here are a few important dates to know:

🏫 BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT — Tuesday, August 18
Come meet teachers and visit classrooms during the open house. A meal will also be available at Wahpeton Elementary from 4:30–6:00 PM.

📚 FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL — Thursday, August 20
We can’t wait to welcome all of our Huskies back!

🎈 TWIN TOWNS BLOCK PARTY — Sunday, August 23
Join us from 4:30–7:00 PM at the NDSCS Oval for an evening of food, fun, and community!
