Wahoo Lodge No. 59 just recently purchased a "50-Year Members" plaque in an effort to recognize the (125) lodge members who have earned that distinction since the lodge's founding in 1875. This project would not have been made possible without the generous donations of several of the lodge's current members. Thanks go out to WM Bradley Tuch, WB John Miyoshi, and WB Lyle McKlem for helping the lodge to purchase this beautiful plaque for its members.

Wahoo Lodge held a "Past Masters Dinner" this evening in honor of those Master Masons who have served as Worshipful Master of Wahoo Lodge No. 59 throughout its 151-year history. There were (7) Past Masters present this evening, including WB Lyle McKlem (1985, 1998, 2004), WB John Miyoshi (1992), WB Jared Ketner (2006, 2012, 2018), WB Gerald Bontrager (2010, 2011), WB Curtis Wolbert (2024), WB Joseph Kaar (2025), and WM Bradley Tuch (2026).

Wahoo Lodge member, Bro. Jacob Shade, was also in attendance, along with (6) other guests. Thanks to everyone who came out to honor our Past Masters this evening and enjoy a great meal together.

At Wahoo Lodge's August business meeting, WM Brad Tuch presented Bro. Eric Johnson with his 25-Year service pin and certificate. Congratulations Bro. Eric, and thank you for your service to the fraternity.

Thanks to WB Gerald Bontrager for representing Wahoo Lodge No. 59 by pulling the lodge's advertising sign with his ATV in the Saunders County Fair Parade in Wahoo this afternoon. Thanks also to WM Brad Tuch for assisting him with the float as well.

“Monday July 13th we held our first Traveling Trowel Trophy Education Night. I created this Trowel Trophy to bring brothers from other lodges to Victory to learn, have a meal, and have fellowship. Jared Kerner of Wahoo Lodge #59 stepped up and took home the Traveling Trowel!! I am hoping to do another education night, and bring more brothers in for the fun!!”

Wahoo Lodge No. 59 hosted a Grand Lodge of Nebraska School of Instruction for both the Entered Apprentice and Fellow Craft degrees on Saturday, 20 Jun 2026, in Wahoo. There were (26) Master Masons in attendance representing (12) different Masonic lodges throughout the state. Thanks to everyone who took the time to attend this event today.

Wahoo Lodge No. 59 will be hosting a Grand Lodge of Nebraska School of Instruction for both the Entered Apprentice and Fellow Craft degrees. This will take place on Saturday, 20 Jun 2026, starting at 1:00 p.m. Wahoo Lodge No. 59 and College View Lodge No. 320 will provide the trestle boards for both degrees.
