Nelson GMC will host a free community event and its annual Nelson Love Day Back-to-School Giveaway on Tuesday, July 28. Families can drive through to receive FREE backpacks and school supplies while supplies last. Distribution will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Nelson GMC Wagoner will be handing out 500 backpacks full of school supplies to our local community on Tuesday, July 28th from 6:30-8:30pm.
They are located at 1440 S Dewey Ave (formerly Kevin Grover)

Please be aware that the afternoon buses will be running around 20 minutes later this year due to the change in the schools dismissal time. This change will not affect morning pick up times.

📚 Important Back-to-School Update!

As we prepare for an exciting new school year, we want to let our families know about a change to our school day.

Due to Oklahoma’s new state-mandated recess requirements, we have adjusted our daily schedule to ensure we continue providing students with the instructional time they need while meeting the new state law.

🗓️ First Day of School: Thursday, August 6
⏰ New School Hours: 7:45 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we make this transition.
