In every class, we'll be developing your child’s movement, listening, vocal, literacy, and ensemble skills, which, in turn, help to develop your child’s emotional, social, reasoning, and comprehension skill

s! And all this happens while your child gets to sing and play and hear and experience music! Most importantly, Kindermusik is a great way to strengthen your bond with your child, both with the education you’ll receive together in the classroom as well as the quality home materials and activities you can enjoy together and share with your whole family! About Abby:
For as long as I can remember, music has been a part of my life! Some of my earliest memories are of singing standards of the 30's, 40's, and 50's while my dad accompanied me on the piano. I participated in musical activities throughout my childhood and adolescent years, singing and studying piano and organ, and eventually went on to earn Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctoral degrees in Music Performance. I have always loved children, even more so now that I am a mother myself! I have been fortunate to work with children as a piano teacher, church choir director, and educator, and it gives me great joy to share my passion for music with them! My hope is that Kindermusik will be a fun, enriching, and enjoyable experience for the whole family and that it will foster a love of music in each child from the very first note!

She reaches for the drum before you even say her name. He bounces when the music starts. She watches the other kids and wants in. He calms with a bounce and a song.

That's readiness. Not sitting still. Not following every direction. Just curiosity and a body that wants to move.

That hum wasn't random. It was him processing joy. Internalizing rhythm. Carrying the music with him.
