Lauren is a private pilot student from Stow, Ohio training with CFI Bethany Snellings at Wadsworth Municipal Airport. She brings enthusiasm to every lesson, arrives prepared and puts in the study time on her own. Bethany describes her as hardworking, easygoing, motivated and confident.

Laurenโ€™s introduction to flying was quite an adventure! Her first flight lasted nearly five hours! Before committing to training, she wanted to spend plenty of time in a single-engine airplane to make sure flying was for her. The trip included stops at several Ohio airports and lunch in Port Clinton. Now, exploring new places and having fun while learning are some of her favorite parts of flying.

She recently completed her solo cross-country flight and is moving on to checkride prep! A high school senior, Lauren plans to attend a university aviation program and is considering both military and airline careers.

Keep up the great work, Lauren! Weโ€™re happy to be part of your aviation journey! ๐Ÿ‘
