The strongest thing we build isn’t always muscle.

One of the greatest transformations we see in StrongHer isn’t measured by how much weight an athlete lifts or how high she jumps.

It’s the confidence she develops along the way.

Confidence grows every time she learns a new skill, overcomes a challenge, encourages a teammate, or realizes she’s capable of more than she thought.

Those moments matter because they extend far beyond sports.

Our goal has never been to simply create stronger athletes. We want to help young women develop the confidence, resilience, and self-belief they’ll carry into every area of life.

Because the lessons learned through strength training don’t end when practice is over—they become part of who they are.

💜 StrongHer is about building strong athletes and even stronger young women.

Ever finish a set of lat pulldowns and wonder why your arms are exhausted but your back barely feels like it worked?

You’re not alone.

One of the most common things we coach is helping members learn how to connect with their lats during pulling exercises.

Sometimes the solution isn’t using more weight—it’s changing what you’re thinking about while you move.

Try these three coaching cues during your next workout:

✔ Practice the movement without weight first by moving from a “V” to a “W.”

✔ Think about driving your elbows toward your ribs instead of pulling with your hands.

✔ Pause for a second at the bottom and imagine you’re squeezing an orange under your armpit before slowly returning the weight.

Remember, there isn’t one perfect coaching cue that works for everyone. Sometimes all it takes is hearing the movement explained a different way.

💜 This week’s challenge: Try one of these cues during your next pulling workout and notice where you feel the exercise. You might be surprised what a small adjustment can do.

Which cue are you excited to try first?

Save this post for your next upper-body workout and share it with someone who’s always said, “I only feel lat pulldowns in my arms.”

“I’m just so tired.”

If you’ve been saying that more often lately, you’re not alone.

Better sleep isn’t just about going to bed earlier. Stress, nutrition, hormones, recovery, and your daily routines all play a role.

Start by supporting your body throughout the day, and your nights may begin to improve too.

Small changes can lead to meaningful results.

Recovery isn’t what you do when you’re not training.

It’s part of training. 💜

At our StrongHer Recovery Workshop, we talked with our athletes about what happens between practices, workouts and competition days—and why those habits matter.

The biggest takeaway? You don’t need a complicated recovery routine.

Prioritize sleep. Stay hydrated. Fuel your body. Keep moving. And remember that more training isn’t always better.

Small recovery habits practiced consistently can help athletes feel and perform their best.

Train hard. Recover well. Repeat. 💜

One of the best parts of being a 2PiFit member is learning skills that extend beyond your workouts.

On August 19, we’ll be heading to the grocery store together for a guided walkthrough designed to help our members feel more confident navigating the aisles, reading food labels, and choosing foods that support their goals.

This isn’t about perfection or restrictive eating—it’s about building practical habits that make healthy choices feel simpler and more sustainable. That philosophy is woven throughout your workshop guide, from emphasizing awareness over perfection to encouraging one small, lasting change.

We’re looking forward to learning together and helping our members leave with more confidence than when they arrived.

💚 This walkthrough is exclusively for current 2PiFit members.

Healthy eating doesn’t begin when you cook dinner—it begins when you shop.

Every trip to the grocery store is an opportunity to set yourself up for success. The foods you bring home become the meals you prepare, the snacks you reach for, and the habits you build throughout the week.

The good news? You don’t have to shop perfectly.

Building a healthier lifestyle isn’t about following strict rules or buying the “perfect” foods. It’s about making small, intentional choices that support your goals and become easier with practice.

Healthy habits don’t happen by accident—they’re built one decision at a time.

That’s why this month we’re helping our members build more confidence in the grocery store, where so many healthy choices begin.

💚 Because lasting change starts long before you step into the kitchen.

You’re putting in the work at practice—but what are you doing AFTER practice? 👀

Athletes often think getting better means training harder, practicing longer, or doing more.

But training is only part of the equation.

Recovery gives your body the opportunity to repair, rebuild, and prepare for what’s next.

And it doesn’t have to be complicated.

😴 Prioritize sleep
💧 Stay hydrated
🥗 Refuel your body
🤸‍♀️ Make time for mobility

The small things you do consistently between practices, workouts, and competition days can make a big difference in how you feel and perform.

That’s exactly what we’ll be talking about at our upcoming StrongHer Recovery Workshop—helping our athletes understand that recovery isn’t a reward for working hard.

It’s part of training. 💜

One question we hear from parents is:

“Will strength training prevent injuries?”

The honest answer is that no training program can promise injury prevention.

Sports involve quick changes of direction, contact, and situations we simply can’t control.

What strength training can do is help prepare an athlete’s body for those demands.

By developing strength, improving balance and coordination, and reinforcing quality movement patterns, athletes become more resilient movers. They learn how to control their bodies more effectively while running, cutting, jumping, and landing.

That’s why our focus isn’t simply on lifting weights.

It’s on helping athletes build a strong foundation that supports both performance and long-term athletic development.

💙 When athletes move well, they give themselves the best opportunity to perform with confidence and continue doing the sports they love.
Share this with another sports parent who believes building a strong foundation is just as important as building athletic performance.

When you think about strengthening your core, do you picture endless crunches?

You’re not alone—but that’s only a small piece of the picture.

Your core is much more than your abdominal muscles. It’s your body’s built-in support system, helping you stay stable, balanced, and strong during everything from lifting weights to carrying groceries or getting up off the floor.

That’s why we don’t spend all our time doing traditional ab exercises.

Instead, we focus on teaching your core to do what it was designed to do: stabilize your body while you move.

When your core gets stronger, everyday tasks often feel easier—and so do many of the exercises you do in the gym.

💜 This week’s challenge: During your next workout, notice how often your core is working to keep you stable. You may realize it’s involved in almost every movement you do.
