I am so proud and inspired by my students.
They are these sweet humans who love music and are on that path of finding the music within. You can hear it as they sing ... listen ... I make them all learn piano so YEAH they don't have to hire a piano player unless they want to !! 😄

Summer Recitals Were Amazing
At. Standing Ovation Music Lessons
We sang and played our favorite songs this season. Lot's of standards and retro pop songs!! It was so much fun. I have been encouraging quick turn around showing how many many songs have easy chord progressions you can learn so quickly and build your own catalog (or set list) to play and sing a mini concert at your next family gathering . Releasing New Music always feels great!
For me this is Extra Special!!
Today my student Annabelle Grace (Her Release Name) sets up the release of her first single,
"My Sister"
It will release on June 1st.
Annabelle Grace is 11 years old and she is PURE JOY!!
She Is So Talented and Full Of Creativity.
We are having so much fun learning piano, voice, songwriting and recording.
This song she wrote for her sister’s Quinceanera.
It has been a beautiful unfolding since the day I met Annabelle Grace and started working with her.
She came for a lesson today... in between working on, "A Thousand Miles" By Vanessa Carlton (finally her fingers are long enough to maneuver that full of octaves signature intro). & "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen where we worked on chord progressions and inversions as new light bulbs went on ..... We Laughed so hard about something...... who knows what... Complete Cheerfulness and Fun and Sunshine!!
She is growing into a fine young artist!
I am so happy to introduce this part of her artistry to the world.

Special Thank You to Marina Bennett for Background vocals and production work.
Thank you for Mix and Master Marina Bennett and Jon Ferrier.
Press the link and join us on her musical journey.
In The comments I will post a few FB reels and links celebrating Annabelle Grace's journey so far!
