Connally ISD is proud to provide free breakfast and lunch for all children and teens this summer at Connally High School!

🥞 Breakfast: 7:30–9:00 AM
🍽️ Lunch: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

Please note: Connally ISD will be closed July 6–10, 2026.

Adult meals are available for purchase (cash only, exact amount required):
💵 Breakfast: $3.50
💵 Lunch: $5.25

On May 18, four outstanding Connally HS scholars proudly represented on the state stage:

⭐ Trenton Nemec — Informative Speaking
⭐ Daniel Escobedo — Poetry Interpretation
⭐ Jazmin Onalaja — News Writing
⭐ Sarah Hunsucker — Copy Editing & Feature Writing

We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Hunsucker was named the STATE CHAMPION in Feature Writing and earned the prestigious TOPS IN TEXAS distinction for the best overall paper across all six conferences! 🏆✍️

Even more impressive, this marks the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW that the CHS Journalism team has earned a Tops in Texas distinction!

We are incredibly proud of these students and the way they represented Connally with excellence, dedication, and pride. 💙

History made at the Texas State Solo and Ensemble Competition! 🎶🌟

A huge congratulations to Alexavier Jackson for earning a Gold Medal for his flute solo, which was the first gold medal in school history! 🥇🎉

2nd Division Performances:
🎼 Samuel Mendez, Janiah Smith, Joshua Stevens, & Azara Ballard — Clarinet Choir

We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, talent, and the way they represented Cadet excellence on the state stage! 🎵💙
