~If you do not hear from us regarding missing information, you are all set to register Monday morning! It will take some time to send out links to avoid crashing the registration site, so please be patient.

Submit class descriptions now!
It's that time of the year! Do you have an idea for an interesting, fun, captivating, engaging, or just plain necessary class idea for Brazos Valley Co-op? We are now accepting class descriptions for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will find the online form on our website. Please fill out completely and submit. THE DEADLINE FOR CLASS SUBMISSIONS IS March 1st AT MIDNIGHT. We carefully consider each and every submission, and your creative ideas are what make Brazos Valley Co-op the treasure that it is!

Feel free to pass this along to anyone you think might be interested in teaching at BVC. We can't WAIT to see what you have in store for us!

January at BVC:
January 30th is the BEST Fun Friday because it's PAJAMA DAY!!! Woohoooooo!!!
Put on your thinking cap! We will begin accepting class descriptions very soon for the upcoming school year. Keep an eye on your email for details!
Below are the class start/end times. Please do not drop off before 8:50, and only drop off in the ten minute break between classes. Always be prompt in picking up your student, as well. We do not have staff to monitor students who arrive early or those who are picked up late. Screenshot these times to help you remember.

1st Hour: 9:00 - 9:55
2nd Hour: 10:05 - 11:00
3rd Hour: 11:10 - 12:05
LUNCH: 12:05 - 12:40
4th Hour: 12:45 - 1:40
5th Hour: 1:50 - 2:45
PARENTS, PLEASE TALK TO YOUR TEENS regarding the CABC elevator. It is off limits except for approved needs. This is a church policy, and we noticed teens on the elevator late last semester.

Important Reminders:
Monthly or semester tuition is due January 1st, 2026. Late fees added on 1/10/2026.

Remember that your class deposit paid at registration is April's tuition, so you will only pay for three months (January, February, and March) if you are paying by semester.

Classes resume January 9th, 2026.

Note for those who owe fines/fees:
Per the BVC handbook: Fees from the fall semester must be paid in full in order to attend classes in the spring semester, and all fees must be paid in order to register for classes in the future.
