I will be teaching a class on this quilt at the Heritage Quilt Barn in Waco this fall. The introduction will be on October 7th at 10am and then classes on October 14, 28, November 11, and December 2. Each class will meet from 10am-3pm with an hour break for lunch. The Quilt Barn will have a few kits available. If you prefer not to use a kit, Quilt Barn personnel will help you with fabric selection. You will learn some basic, as well as, more advanced quilting tips along the way. Call (254) 829-7119 or visit www.HeritageQuiltBarn.com to sign up.

I just taught this class on Saturday. It is called Metro Rings. You make the arcs from a jelly roll and use a quick curve ruler to make the arcs. It was a fun class with 5 great ladies.

While sheltering in place, Under Cover Long Arm Quilting (along with a wonderful group of volunteers) has been very busy making masks for The Family Health Center - Waco! We have donated more than 2,500 masks and are still hard at work! Thank you to our volunteers from church and the community, and a special thanks to Fellowship Bible Church for funding the project!

I had the privilege of quilting this beautifully pieced quilt for the Waco Homespun Quilt Guild. This is the 2020 opportunity quilt, pieced by the Sew it Seams quilting bee.

I just finished this beauty for a client. Beautiful piecing, which made it a joy to quilt.

Have a colorful quilt you're afraid will run when you wash it? Shout Color Catchers is the solution. If you have a darker color, put in a couple of sheets every time you wash until the sheets have no color.

Pattern of the Week!! Let's have some fun with winter patterns. I'd love to say it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but in Texas we generally have to pretend. At any rate, enjoy the snow!
