After last week's storms, this is what ended up by the Baylor Marina. Much of this trash didn't start here. Stormwater moves across the landscape through storm drains, channels and into the river. Watersheds connect the places we live, work and play to the water bodies we depend on.

Congratulations to Sara on defending her Master's thesis! Her research explored nutrient loading and chlorophyll relationships in TX lakes and reservoirs, contributing to the science used to support water quality management. We are excited that Sara is joining the CRASR analytical lab team!

Field sampling doesn't always go according to plan, especially when the mud decides it wants to keep your boots. Luckily, teamwork is one piece of equipment we never forget to bring.
