TSTC’s Culinary Arts program showed its “Southern” hospitality to patrons on Wednesday as the student-operated restaurant opened for the spring semester. Some of the dishes made and served by students included Southern Grits Fritters, Buttermilk Fried Chicken Breast, and Lemon Meringue Pie.
