Are you using your 🧠? Sometimes the best way to use it is to let it process and learn while you are doing something else. When you come back to what you are trying to learn, it often seems much easier.
Try working on a skill or technique in the evening, going to bed, and trying again the next day! See if you feel much more capable in the morning after a good night's sleep. You'll be surprised how much your brain develops while you sleep!
