ACET is a state affiliate of the National Association of Federal Education Program Administrators (NAFEPA). NAFEPA provides leadership to educators across the nation in the areas of legislation and instruction. This year we honor the life and legacy of Shirley Coleman. Her decades of service, leadership, and advocacy left an immeasurable impact on ACET, educators, and students across Texas.

During our Spring Conference in Houston, we had the privilege of celebrating Shirleyā€™s contributions and recognizing the lasting mark she made on our organization. While she will be deeply missed, her legacy lives on through the work we do, the leaders she inspired, and the countless lives she touched.
