All of these classes are available virtually through our REFIT On Demand service, which allows you to stream all of our studio classes at your own convenience, from the device of your choosing! Our licensed instructors bring heart AND heat to every workout and if becoming a REFIT Instructor is your thing (pssst, it IS your thing!), we offer convenient and inspiring Instructor Training both online and in-person!
