For our alumni shoutout this week we are featuring the one and only Seto!

💙 Class of 2019 / Nutrition Major
💙 What is Seto doing now? Currently pursuing a PhD in Pharmacy school at San Antonio
💙 How has APO impacted him?APO showed the importance of service and providing to a community. APO ultimately lead me to pursue towards getting a pharmacy degree and help those that are in need of help.

💙 Morgan is our T-shirt chair this semester and a fun fact about her is that in her picture above she was visiting Spain 🇪🇸

💙 Yoon Hee is our treasurer this semester and her fun fact is that she was born in Canada 🇨🇦 and she plays the Alto Saxophone for the Baylor Concert Band!

Snow day in Waco ❄️ Hope all our current members and alumni were able to stay safe today and enjoy the snow a little bit!

Today I thought it would be fun to combine our alumni shoutout with Valentine’s Day! We are recognizing ‘s parents Cheryl and Tucker! The third picture is from their first date - an APO formal.

A little about them:
💛Major/Degree: Cheryl- Social Work 1992 // Tucker- Sociology and Political Science 1992
💙 What they do now: Cheryl- works as PreK teacher, left social work career in 2000 to raise our four kids. Tucker- short career in Politics led to long career in banking technology, currently VP of Strategy for large company
💛 How APO impacted them: APO gave us a way to serve at college, which was important to us both. Though we met in class, we became friends and eventually started dating in APO. We have been married 26 years. We have continued our life of service in church as youth advisors and through coaching our kids.

💙 Fun fact about Emerson: On my 8th grade field trip to DC, my class was in the news for meeting Prince Charles outside the National Archives (one of my friends got a hug from him too).

💛 Fun fact about Sarah: I’ve lived in 3 separate countries (Japan, Germany, and Spain) but I can’t speak a lick of another language.
