Your instructions:

Read the ENTIRE attached packet, and print the agreement and design pages.
Student AND parent fill out and sign the agreement
Sketch your design for your parking space. Pay attention to the requirements in the packet so your design will be approved!
Bring BOTH pages AND your payment or receipt! Cash and check accepted! Credit card payments accepted at the link below - be able to show us your receipt!

Spectator and Student Guide to Promenade 2026

Promenade will take place in the MHS Arena/Gym from 8:00–10:00 PM.
Doors will open at 7:45 PM.

Students:

Please enter through the left gymnasium entrance at the back of the school to line up for Promenade (see attached map for drop-off, parking, and entrance instructions).

If there is rain, volunteers with umbrellas will assist you from the drop-off area to the gym entrance.

Professional photographers will take your photo in front of a decorative backdrop before you walk the red carpet across the arena. Photos will be available for free download after the event. Please note that volunteers will not be taking photos on student phones, as professional photography is provided.

Enjoy your prom!

Spectators:

Doors open at 7:45 PM. Seating may not be reserved earlier in the day. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.

Upon arrival, please enter through the right gymnasium entrance at the back of the school (see attached map for drop-off, parking, and entrance instructions).

Spectators are welcome to sit on the right side of the arena/gym in the designated seating area to enjoy Promenade.

Please note:

** Spectators will not have access to the gym floor.
** Professional photos from the staged photo opportunity before the red carpet walk will be available for free download after the event.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROMENADE!

Promenade has been moved to the MHS Arena (Gym) due to expected scattered showers throughout the weekend. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

What to Expect:

*Students and spectators will enter through the gymnasium entrance at the back of the school. (Please see attached map)
*Spectators are welcome to sit on the right side of the gym to enjoy Promenade in the arena seating area.
*Spectators will not have access to the gym floor.
*Professional photographers will be on site, and photos will be available for students and spectators to download free of charge after the event.
*Please See Map for Parking and Entrance Locations.
*Promenade 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
*Gym Doors will be open at 7:45 p.m.

After Prom Ticket Info:

*Pre-Ticket Sales will end Thursday, the 9th at 10:00 p.m.
*Students can Purchase Tickets at the door the night of After Prom for $45 cash or credit card using our MHS PTA QR Code
*All Students must bring their School ID to enter Prom & After Prom
*Guests (Non-MHS) Students must have been approved by MHS to attend
*Names of Ticket Holders will be on a Registration List upon arrival
*After Prom is from 11:30 pm - 3:00 a.m.
*Students MUST arrive by 12:30 a.m. or they will not be permitted to enter.

PROMENADE SPECTATOR ANNOUNCEMENT!

Promenade will take place from 8:00–10:00 PM as students arrive for Prom. The PTA is pleased to offer spectators two rows of chairs lining the red carpet. These chairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at 7:00 PM.*

Spectators are welcome to set up lawn chairs behind the provided seating in designated areas on the morning of Prom.** We look forward to a beautiful evening!

* Please note the change from last year: provided chairs may not be saved prior to 7:00 PM.
** The PTA cannot guarantee the security of seats left unattended. Please be respectful of others.
