Midway FFA has plenty to celebrate as we prepare for the Texas FFA State Convention!

🏅 Lone Star FFA Degrees 🏅
Congratulations to Jeremiah Ocampos, Eden Smith, Brynlee McEwen, Noah Griffin, Austin Millican, and Jonas Blanc on earning their Lone Star FFA Degree, the highest degree awarded by the Texas FFA Association. This honor recognizes members for their dedication to agricultural education, leadership, SAE projects, and involvement in FFA. These members will be recognized on stage at the Texas FFA Convention and receive their Lone Star Degree and gold chain.

🔬 Agriscience Fair 🔬
Congratulations to Jeremiah Ocampos for earning a Gold Rating on his Agriscience Fair project and advancing to the State Agriscience Fair competition. We are excited to see him continue representing Midway FFA!

⭐ National Chapter Award ⭐️
Midway FFA also earned a Gold Rating in the National Chapter Award Program and advanced to the national level. This award recognizes chapters that provide outstanding opportunities for members through leadership, personal growth, and community involvement.

We are incredibly proud of these students and accomplishments. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment continue to make Midway FFA shine. We look forward to celebrating these achievements at the Texas FFA State Convention! 💙💛

Rabbit Interest Form

Last week, our officer team and leadership committee spent a few days working together to plan our chapter’s Program of Activities for the upcoming year. It was exciting to watch these students collaborate, share ideas, and create a vision filled with fun events and meaningful opportunities for our chapter and its members.
Beyond the planning, it was wonderful to see them build friendships and strengthen their leadership skills through a few days of team bonding and hard work.
A special thank you to all of the parents and students who donated or provided food items for our students and teachers during the trip. Your generosity and support helped make this experience possible, and we are truly grateful.
We can’t wait to see all the great things this group has planned for next year!

💙💛 This week, Area 8 Officer Jeremiah Ocampos attended the Texas FFA State Leadership Camp in Lubbock, Texas.

During his time, Jeremiah had the opportunity to strengthen relationships with his Area 8 officer team while networking with fellow area officers, current state officers, and incoming state officers from across Texas. He also participated in a variety of leadership workshops designed to help officers grow as leaders and better serve their chapters and communities.

We are excited that Jeremiah had such a positive experience and cannot wait to see the ideas, skills, and inspiration he brings back to Midway FFA. We are proud of the way he continues to represent our chapter, district, area, and Texas FFA with excellence.

Congratulations, Jeremiah! We are looking forward to another great year of leadership and service. 💛💙

Calling all Midway FFA supporters!
We would love for you to be an officer in our Alumni & Supporters Association and serve our students! Join us TODAY- Monday the 18th at 6pm in the MHS Ag Building!

As we wrap up this school year, our officers are preparing to begin a new year of leadership. The week after school ends, they will attend our annual Officer Camp, where they will spend time planning, team building, and preparing for the upcoming year.

This year, we are especially excited to welcome an expanded group of students, including our new leadership team. We want to make this experience amazing by providing our students with plenty of snacks and great meals throughout the camp.

We would truly appreciate any support you can provide in helping us clear our list and make this experience special for these wonderful students. Thank you for supporting the growth and leadership development of our future leaders! ✨💙
