Before the end of the school year, our 5th-grade class proudly presented their States Fair. Students spent time researching, writing, and creating presentation boards to showcase their assigned states. Students, teachers, administrators, and parents stopped by to learn more and hear each student’s presentation.

From Senior Graduation to 8th Grade Promotion, we also want to celebrate one of the sweetest milestones of the year -- Kindergarten Promotion! We are so proud of these young saints, scholars, and leaders and cannot wait to watch them continue to grow in faith, knowledge, and confidence here at BLR.

Bishop Louis Reicher’s Robotics Camp for rising 4th–7th graders gives students the opportunity to explore technology, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on learning and fun challenges. Whether your child already loves robotics or is just getting started, this camp is designed to inspire curiosity and confidence.

Last Wednesday, we celebrated our middle school students and promoted our 8th graders to high school. Our students were recognized for their hard work, leadership, and the virtues they continue to model each day. We are so proud of the way they are growing as saints, scholars, and leaders.

During the ceremony, we also inducted new members into the National Junior Honor Society, recognizing students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, character, and citizenship.

Congratulations to Blake Yezak on being named the valedictorian of the 8th grade class.

One especially meaningful moment during the ceremony was the presentation of a special gift to Sr. Maria Francisco from the 7th grade class. As many of you know, Sr. Maria Francisco will be teaching next year at St. Helen Catholic School in Georgetown. While we will miss her greatly, we are incredibly grateful for the impact she has made on our students and school community.
