On April 11, 2026, the Nigerian Students Association of Baylor University proudly joined the Baylor community for the annual Stepping Out service event.
We were assigned to support a local elementary school, where our members worked together to clean and restore the outdoor environment. From trimming overgrown areas to clearing debris and making the space neat and welcoming, it was a hands-on effort filled with teamwork and purpose.
Beyond the work, it was a day of connection, laughter, and giving back. Moments like this remind us of the importance of community and the impact we can make when we show up together.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and represent our Waco community in such a meaningful way.
