🚨NEW CLASSES ALERT🚨 We’ve made some updates to the Group Fitness schedule! Be sure to check out the latest lineup and plan your workouts accordingly.
🔥New this semester:
- We’ve added TWO evening BearCycle sessions (Wednesday & Thursday 6:30 PM) 🚴♀️
- We’ve added a 3:00 PM F45 class on Fridays💥
- We now have TWO ONE-HOUR F45 classes on Saturdays (9:15–10:15 AM & 10:45–11:45 AM) — giving you even more time to train, sweat, and start your weekend strong🏋♂️
💪Whether you’re starting your morning strong or fitting in a workout between classes, we’ve got something for you.
