Day 1 starts TOMORROW, Monday, June 8th!
True success during the regular season is earned right now in the summer months. Let’s show up ready to build a culture of dedication, resilience, and pride.

⏰ Choose ONE session per day:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

🎒 Daily Checklist:
✔️TWO pairs of shoes (Inside shoes for gym/weights + Outside shoes for track/field).
✔️APPROPRIATE workout attire.
✔️ Large, water bottle

💯 The Goal: Hit our program benchmark of at least 70% attendance over the summer.

Our HS athletes showed up and represented Gholson incredibly well at the Abbott Invitational! We are so proud of the hard work, determination, and growth we’re seeing across the board.

JV Girls:
🏃‍♀️ Victoria Perez – 🥇 1st place in the 400m dash, Top 5 in the 100m & 200m
🏃‍♀️ Dixie Morosky – PRs in both the 100m & 200m, finishing Top 5 in both

JV Boys:
🏅 Landon Reyes – 🥇 1st place in High Jump & 🥇 1st place in Long Jump
🏃‍♂️ Brian Harrison – PR in the Mile
🥏 Alex Flores – PR in Discus

Varsity Boys:
🏃‍♂️ Mace Eastwood – PRs in High Jump (7th), Mile (5th), and 400m Dash
🏃‍♂️ Jayden Hykel – PRs in the 100m, 400m, and High Jump
