Tomorrow, (9/12) our junior high and varsity take the field against Providence Prep! Our JH football team takes the field for their INAUGURAL GAME!!

This is more than just another football game to us. It’s another FIRST for WCA. These young Warriors get to be the ones who start something that we prayed for and will continue for years to come.

We want them to look into those stands and see their WCA FAMILY there supporting them!

Krissie, thank you for investing in our Warriors and reminding them that God doesn’t need them to be impressive; He simply needs them to be willing. We are grateful for you!

The challenge was simple:

SEE PEOPLE.
Look at the people God has placed around you. Don’t overlook them.

SERVE PEOPLE.
You don’t need a plane ticket to serve. You can serve right where you’re at! Simply ask yourself, “How can I serve someone today?”

SAY YES.
Even when you don’t know the whole plan. Trust God enough to take the next step.

This is what developing Christ-centered leaders looks like. We’re not just preparing students for what comes next, but teaching them to see people, serve people, trust God, and be willing when He calls.

🇺🇸 WCA ENRICHMENT| REMEMBERING 9/11 🇺🇸

For many of our students, September 11, 2001 is not a memory…it’s history. They weren’t alive when our nation watched the events of that day unfold, which makes it even more important that we continue to teach the next generation what happened, who we lost, and why we will never forget!

Our 6th–12th grade Warriors will have the opportunity to spend Enrichment Day with Larry Denman from the Waco Fire Prevention Department, learning about 9/11 and the courage and sacrifice shown by firefighters, first responders, and ordinary Americans.

We are so grateful to Larry Denman and the Waco Fire Department for helping us give our students an Enrichment Day with a lesson that reaches far beyond the classroom.

Decals with Dad is a tradition at WCA but also such a special memory! It may seem like a small thing, but we know these are the moments they’ll remember long after the helmet is put away!
