Winter in June? Oh yeah...that’s a thing ❄️🇳🇿
While Texas is pushing triple digits, Baylor in New Zealand and Baylor University College of Arts & Sciences students are spotting exotic wildlife, exploring Hobbiton, and hiking mountain trails while studying in one of the most ecologically diverse places on the planet.
Baylor University Study Abroad is about seeing the world through a new lens, embracing unfamiliar cultures, and discovering that some of life’s greatest lessons happen far beyond the classroom 💚🌏

For more than two decades, Dean Lee C. Nordt has helped shape the Baylor University College of Arts & Sciences through seasons of growth, change and opportunity.
During that time, Baylor achieved R1 research status, Arts & Sciences expanded its impact across campus and new opportunities emerged for students and faculty alike.
Now, as Arts & Sciences prepares to welcome Dr. James Brockmole as its next dean, we pause to celebrate how far we've come...and look ahead to where we're going next.

What if your next classroom was on the other side of the world? 🇯🇵
This summer, Baylor University College of Arts & Sciences students are experiencing Japan in a way few travelers ever do: living with host families, learning alongside Japanese university students and immersing themselves in the language and culture every day.
Along the way, they're building confidence, broadening their perspectives and creating memories that will stay with them long after they return to Baylor 💚🌏
