This weekend our senior team, 32789B NRT - Bent, competed in their last tournament at the Indiana State Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium. Indiana has 205 Vex VRC high school teams, and 64 of the top teams competed at the state competition. Among those 64 teams, 32789B finished 32nd in qualifications and 33rd in skills. We are so proud of Cody, Vance, Mason, & Logan! They have worked hard and learned so much along the way. We wish them well in their future endeavors as they each prepare to further their education in a STEM related major.

Saturday NRT hosted 32 teams from around the state for a VRC V5 competition. It was a successful day for our teams! In qualifiers 32789B placed 2nd, 32789C placed 3rd, 32789E placed 24th, and 32789F placed 27th. Teams B & C formed an alliance for eliminations and made it all the way to finals before dropping in a very aggressive match (video attached). In skills B was 3rd, E was 10th, C was 15th, and F finished in 21st.

Come check out all four of our VEX VRC teams Saturday, February 28th as we host teams from across the state for a competition. Matches will start at 9:30 and run through the afternoon. No admission fee and concessions will be available.

We have a few volunteer roles still to fill. If you are willing to assist please see our Event Partner on Saturday and they will get you set up. No experience necessary, training will be provided.

32789B had a great day of competition at Culver Military Academy today. The team ranked 4th in qualifications and was eliminated in a close match during quarterfinals. They ranked 5th in skills, posting new high driver & programming scores, which keeps them in the top 20% on teams in the state.

32789B had a great day competing at Purdue today. They finished 7th in skills and 11th in qualifications out of 45 teams. They were eliminated in the quarterfinals, but are bringing home the Create Award today. Congratulations, Mason, Logan, Cody, & Vance!
