โœจIntroduction to Oncology Massage: Foundations of Oncology Massage Therapy (Two Day)โœจ

๐Ÿ’ซFoundations of Oncology Massage is a 16-hour continuing education course designed for licensed massage therapists who want to work more safely and confidently with clients affected by cancer, cancer treatment, survivorship, and chronic illness.

Participants will learn cancer terminology, common treatments and side effects, contraindications, intake and risk assessment, lymphedema awareness, red-flag conditions, pressure and positioning modifications, and client-centered communication. The course includes lecture, discussion, case studies, intake role-play, demonstrations, and supervised hands-on practice.

Prerequisite: Current massage therapy license or completion of an approved massage therapy program.

Participants should expect an introductory, clinically focused course. This training does not provide certification in oncology massage or manual lymphatic drainage. Students will need their preferred cream or oil.

Dates: September 20th and 21st ,2026 (Sunday & Monday)

Both full-time and part-time massage programs lead to the same destination, but the journey feels very different depending on your lifestyle and goals.
