A special visit from our local heroes! 🚒❤️

Kingsway Learning Center students welcomed the Voorhees Fire Department this morning for a hands-on fire safety experience.

A special thank you to Captain Tom O’Brien for spending the morning with our students, giving them a tour of the fire truck and equipment & helping to bring their Fire Prevention Week lessons to life.

Students also presented cards and messages they created for our local firefighters as a thank-you for all they do to keep our community safe.

Thank you to Captain O’Brien and the Voorhees Township Fire Department for a great morning at Kingsway!

Today, Kingsway Learning Center students teamed up with volunteers from AAA South Jersey for a special Community United partnership project > assembling dozens of “Blessing Bags” For The Love of Pete's Pantry!

Students and AAA volunteers worked side by side to sort & pack personal care and everyday essentials that will be distributed through Pete’s Pantry to members of the community.

Thank you to our friends at AAA South Jersey, Jeanne Rodrigues and For the Love of Pete’s Pantry, and everyone at Kingsway who helped bring the project together. It was a great example of what can happen when community partners come together around a shared commitment to service.

Back from the long weekend & starting the new school week with a little fall color! 🍂

Last week, Kingsway Learning Center’s Neighborhood Nursery delivered mums throughout the school as part of the HSA Fall Mum Sale.

Thank you to everyone who supported the sale > and to our students & staff who helped organize and deliver all the mums.

Hoping they’re bringing some extra autumn cheer to classrooms, offices & homes! 💚

Week of Respect looked a little different in preschool this week. 💙

Students practiced showing respect by sharing with friends, working together and creating a class painting made from everyone’s own unique colors > a great reminder that each of us brings something different, and together we make something special.

They also created a friendship bracelet for the hallway and mixed in a little Fire Prevention Week fun by “putting out fires” with water!

A colorful, hands-on week of learning, teamwork & friendship at Kingsway.

Kingsway Keepsakes hit the road to AAA South Jersey! 🍂

Students from Kingsway Learning Center brought their autumn sale to our community partners at AAA, sharing seasonal crafts & gifts they created through Kingsway Keepsakes.

From setting up and greeting customers to handling purchases & packing orders, students put their skills to work.

A big thank you to our friends at AAA South Jersey for welcoming us and continuing to create meaningful opportunities for our students.

Keeping it crafty — out in the community. 💚
