I was reviewing the information for entering a quilt in Pacific International Quilt Festival. I was surprised to read the following: IMPORTANT CHANGE: Due to the complications and cost of international shipping, The Pacific International Quilt Festival is no longer accepting international entries into this competition.
Seems Like it will be a Pacific Quilt Festival!!

Am all but mighty class with Mother Lode Quilters' Guild. Class was all about “Paperless” Paper Piecing. Everyone did a great in making the 4 sections for the block and then putting it together. Always fun to share sewing time with other quilters! Sharon Murphy, Misty Hall, Norma Carson, Trudy Bauman, and Gale.

Sierra Gold Quilt Guild has room in their April Workshop. Contact me if you would like to attend. This is a All Aboard Travel Trio bag. Of course you can use it for so much more than travel! Marta Lochner will be teaching the class. She will show us how to tackle zippers, handles and working with mesh and elastic trim. A great bag to learn those tricks!!!

This is my first but hopefully annual Quilt Weekend at Swifty Stitches. 3 days of uninterrupted Quilting and fun with Friends. The retreat will include Quilting, games, laughter, snacks, and just a good time. Attendees can start the Quilt Project– Hanging Gardens or do Independent Study. A perfect time for anyone who has an unfinished project from one of Anelie’s classes.
