Well done to our students who performed at the Vista Music 2023 spring recital. Thank you for doing an excellent job and sharing all you've learned with us.

Vista Music just held its June 2022 Recital. Congratulations to all the students who participated, they played great and had a blast.
With summer starting this is the perfect time to sign your kids up for lessons or to start learning that instrument you've always wanted to play!

Our recital is now scheduled for Sunday May 22, at the Clubhouse at Palomar Estates East, 650 S. Rancho Santa Fe Rd, San Marcos. Students will play at 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2:30 PM. Requested donations at the door are 5$ per-person excluding children below 5. We hope to see you there to support our musicians!

Vista Music is currently accepting applications for private music instructors who specialize in Violin. If you are interested, and work well with children and adults we'd love to hear from you.

We are also looking for a part-time front desk receptionist, preferably someone with marketing experience and who is adept with social media. If you are interested in either of these positions, please call or text 760 533-4903.

Congratulations to our featured student of the month Isabella Livingston. Isabella has been a student at Vista Music for 7 years, beginning at the age of 5 in 2007. She has participated in recitals each year and is now beginning to play contemporary music that she loves. Congrats Izzy!

Tomorrow we celebrate the 112th anniversary of the birth of Johnny Mercer, one of the outstanding songwriters of the 20th century.

Mercer wrote the words for many famous and enduring songs. His lyrical work included Moon River, Summer Wind, Autumn Leaves, and the Days of Wine and Roses among many others.
