Classical Conversations - North Vista

One of the things I love about Classical Conversations community day is when kids have an opportunity to share something of interest to them with their peers. Our goal is to get our children to the point where they are comfortable in speaking/communicating to an audience. In the future, these times of practice will help them master public speaking (rhetoric in CC speech). I love that CC isn't just focused on some specific subject that has borders and limits, but that it's aim is to ready our children to be confident communicators in all settings in their future.
Jeremiah loved sharing. He loved engaging when others shared as well and he would ask many questions about other children's demonstrations. He practiced patience, respect, attentive listening, intelligent questions and responses when he was questioned. We truly grew to love our CC kids as we interacted with them and saw their unique personalities and talents during times of sharing.
